Tips to make your Pesto Eggs
Like everyone else, to test this recipe, I first started by watching some videos. A priori no difficulty: we brown the pesto in a pan, add one or two eggs, and place everything on a slice of bread. The result is surprisingly good and very simple. However, I have a few tips for you to perfect this recipe!
Be generous with the amount of pesto! Count a good tablespoon of pesto per egg because otherwise you will hardly feel the taste of pesto.

Once opened, a jar of pesto lasts in the fridge for three days without any dramatic loss of quality. It will be perfectly safe for another two days, but leave it any longer, and its quality will decline to the point that it will no longer be enjoyable to eat.
