I am about to start this diet and I was SO happy to see all the delicious recipes on your blog. I have a question for you, did you normally eat these dishes for dinner, lunch? and what did you eat for the other meal(s)? I am a planner and would like to plan my weeks for breakfst/lunch/dinner! Thanks in advance for your response.

I recommend you join the HCG Support Group on Facebook. Its a great source for information and inspiration. Also, there are a ton of HCG drops out there, not all are legitimate. I suggest miracleskinnydrops.com, they have HCG in them!!! some don't!!! plus that site has a ton of information on hcg to help you get started. I am on my 3rd day of my second round and have lost 42 lbs so far. Good luck to you.

I'm on my 4th day of phase 2 and have lost 5 pounds. Today I tried this recipe and it's a keeper, can't wait to make this again. I used Trader Joe's Organic Free Range Chicken Broth and after cooking the beef I put it in a sieve and rinsed it out a bit to remove even more fat.

This is for the 500 calorie plan. If you're doing the 800 cals increase protein by 5 oz.

I made this last night and quadrupled all ingredients and made it with a pound of hamburger. (Only used 3 c of broth). It turned out AWESOME. I split it into 4 containers and just had my first serving. It was great. It reheated very well.

if my calculations are correct, this is ONE serving of protein (3.5 ounces) and two servings of vegetables (2c. cabbage) and use water rather than chicken broth.
I would cut the cabbage to 1 cup, since you're not supposed to have same veggie twice in a day and probably cut the liquid too.
    Looks DELICIOUS!

I'm on week two, down 9 pounds and feeling great, but starting to get very tired of the food. I made this today and added skinny noodles to make it even more filling. It's definitely a keeper and will help keep me on track for the 4 more weeks I have left. Thanks for sharing!

Hi there, I made this recipe last night. I doubled it for 2 servings. I split it and ate 1 serving last night and gained 1 lb. Trying to figure out what I did wrong. Thank you! :)

I made this last night and gain .5 as well. I used chicken broth (pre-packaged, not homemade). I am thinking that the sodium content was too high. Adding Frank's hot sauce I'm sure doesn't help. Next time I will try with just water which will probably make the difference.

I always use homemade chicken broth or water for this. Never stalled after eating it.
